Steps
 
1) Start up Dimension Pro 64 Version 1.5
2) Click on the silver edge of the Window
3) Press F1
 
EXPECTED
 
a) You may see your mouse point go into spin mode whilst your help file loads.
b) Help files loads and is displayed.
 
ACTUAL

a but not b.

Same happens for me. Vista 64_Sonar X1c 32bit.
