Hello all,
I was hoping the bandlab support guy would have gotten back to me with more things to try. This is what I've been told so far.
1. Open Bandlab Assistant
2. Click gear at top left and choose quit
3. Ensure Cakewalk by Bandlab is closed before proceeding (you can check task manager to make sure both programs are not running)
4. Find following: C:\Program Data\Cakewalk\Cakewalk core\command center
5. Delete all files in this folder location (but not the folder itself)
6. Open Bandlab Assistant
7. Go to apps> Cakewalk by Bandlab, and click open, or use the desktop icon to launch Cakewalk by Bandlab
Sorry to say, this didn't work for me, but maybe someone else might be helped. He did say there were other things to try. Within registry,........but he wanted to try other things before going there.
I may play around by my self to see if I can work it out. Couldn't hurt.😲
