Yup reinstallation of Splat would have installed some of the library files you were missing. Running Win update would have done the same thing.

However, sorry, but it's probably only a matter of time before other software will need reinstalling for the same reasons,because you won't run win update, and this will screw up dependency of other software, and you may end up in a DLL hell scenario.

So I'm afraid we will probably see you back here before long, I hope it won't be too soon.
