I am trying, and have done many times in the past too, with same issue. If I try to import a wave file made by Logic Pro of a 24bit 44.1k wave into a blank track, it will put it at a higher bar than bar 1 every time ( yes I am dragging it to bar 1, or telling it to import with play head at 1). In this case bar 1800 :-/. Something I am doing wrong?, or a bug. I get the same result in opposite direction BTW if I try to import tracks from Sonar into Logic.

Try turning off "Always Import Broadcast Waves At Their Timestamp" in SONAR Preference > File > Audio Data or stop exporting as broadcast waves.

Going to check that now, thanks scook, never even knew that option existed :)
