A few niggles so far:

Waveshaper XY not working - using mouse in the XY doesn't affect sound  - the sliders work fine but are far too small and fiddly to select with mouse (compared to old version despite the fact that the new version uses twice as much screen estate) - not designed for performers

Ribbon bar doesn't stay closed - even if I just close and reopen the gui it comes back (or sometimes just part of it - graphics glitch)

I noticed that 32-bit user waveforms are still not supported. I have the Galbanum Architecture Waveforms 2010 collection and they have to be converted to 16-bit before z3ta 2 will recognize them.

Thanks Muse, - Sorry, the XY-plot bug was introduced very, very late in the release cycle and slipped through.  We have it nailed down.  In the meantime, I'll try to find a workaround for Z2.0.0 - I'll keep you posted.

Hmmm --- jma, can you send me a PM with one of your 32-bit files attached?  The wave file loading routines haven't changed from Z+1.  I'll investigate.  Thanks!

Thanks, Bob. PM sent. Just so there's no confusion, the 32-bit wave files didn't work in z3ta 1.5 either, but converted to 16-bit they work fine.

Ribbon Bar does not close properly in other Hosts...........nor does it remain hidden after close/reopen as mentioned above.

Also Z2 uses about 370 megs of RAM when the GUI is open..........seems a bit much. For comparison Z1 uses about 60 megs when open.

Oh and several people have expressed disappointment (myself included) that there is not a Z2 FX version.......it would make a killer rack for Guitar.........

Yeah me too - that and the incomprehensible decision to remove hermode tuning (and alternative tuning support generally) - this was a key selling point for the original version

I'll give Cakewalk the benefit of the doubt since it is the Weekend so let's see how they respond to user feedback in the upcoming week.........
