There seems to be a bug in lfo, when using the option Wave1- Random, knobs become slow, it is almost impossible to make any changes.

When using Z3ta 2 in Pro Tools, it always switches back to the first Showcase preset when I hit play. It doesn't matter if I save the project with the preset I want and then reload it, when I hit play it goes back to the first Showcase arp. This is extremely frustrating. Same thing used to happen with the original Z3ta when I used that.

There's a known issue with imported MIDI arp patterns that contain program changes. Could that be it?

I don't think so, as it happens no matter what preset I'm using. Thus, I don't think it has anything to do with arps.

Thanks for all the reports so far.  We're looking into all this stuff.

If any of you can give a step-by-step recipe to reproduce any bugs that come up, it'll be a big help for us to find the root of the problems.

Presets: A number of the factory presets simply don't playback e.g. 

Arps: about 15 so far including - 

Space Bell Donk BC
TB-like FS
Tribal FM FS

They all show that some of the voices are being used, but nothing sounds (and their is processor activity, but it's not particularly high. 

Also, some of the presets present a very high load for only one processor e.g. 
"Mangling Aftertouch FS" - this maxes out one of the cores on my 3 month old AMD phenom II quad core notebook, producing pops and bubbles.

Need to go through it a little more, but these are two things that popped up almost immediately

Something is going wrong between the mod matrix and the waveshaper. Whenever I assign an env or an lfo to it, it works fine until I press play in Renoise then it's like the mod matrix shut down or something, there's no automation anymore.
