How can I create my own oscillator waveforms? The manual mentions this capability, but offers no more information. thanks Keith

The first two 'Tricks & Tips' here should get you started [Uh, oh.  Broken WikiLinks.]

Edit:  OK, so maybe the second 'tip' will help ... barring any paradigm shifts in z3ta+ 2.

Unless you're really into creating oscillator waveforms, you may want to weigh your time and level of expertise against purchasing a set of waveforms. Galbanum's Architecture Waveform 2010 collection (http://galbanum.com/products/architecturewaveforms2010/) contains over 25,000 waveforms. I bought the WAV 32-bit format ($39.95 or 0.001598 cents per waveform). You can buy up to two more formats for an additional $20 each. You can load the 32-bit format WAV files into Z3TA+ 2.0 and other soft synths that support user-loaded waveforms.

DigitalArchivist: Do you know whether the 64-bit waveforms can be loaded into Z3TA+2? thanks Keith

Sorry, mcdonalk, I can't answer your question about whether the Galbanum 64-bit waveforms can be loaded into Z3TA+ 2.0. The Z3TA+ 2.0 user guide doesn't mention the bit depth for the oscillator waveforms and refers only to 16-bit user-created waveforms for the LFOs.

I've always had problems with the Galbanum 32-bit waves in z3ta (1.5 and 2.0); they just won't load. I had to batch convert them to 16-bit. Cakewalk was able to duplicate the problem with a test file I sent them and it looks like a fix should be forthcoming.
