Hmmm. Concrete Limiter discounted! Tempting. Those of you who use it, what are its attributes and why would you reach for it ahead of other limiter plugs?
It's attributes are that it sounds pretty good, doesn't load your system much, and of course is right in the pro channel. Plus it has a nice "bass switch" which changes the way the bass is handled and increases the bass level. Sounds really good on some tracks. It was also very cheap when I got it, I like I paid $40ish.
As for reaching for it ahead of other limiters, I don't know that I would any more. I just got IK's Stealth Limiter and I like it more. To me, it sounds a bit more transparent. It also has a nice feature, a unity gain button that lets you hear the effect of the limiting without changing the loudness so you can better dial in when it starts to harm the sound.
