Yeah, I'm using the staff view to write a string part in a tune I'm working on and I'm running into some enharmonics I'd just as soon weren't there. Like keying in an A chord and Sonar wants to call the C# a Db or a B chord and Sonar wants to call the F# a Gb. I haven't found a way to change the notes yet. Is there a way? The tune is in the key of Am but there is some modulation that occurs in a couple of spots, and that seems to be where SPlat gets a bit wonky with incorrect enharmonics.

 just right-click on the note and you can change it there.

That's what I'm doing when writing the part. Otherwise, when I try to input, say a F#, I have to right click to make it an F# since I'm in the key of Am. But SPlat wants to make my F# a Gb within the right-click dialog.
 

you can type over the note dialogue. for example, if you want gb to be f#, highlight the gb and type f# over it. Use the # symbol for sharps, and a small cap "b" for flat. And include the octave designation of course, so gb5, for example. Nice and intuitive. The letters can be small cap, it doesn't mater.

Ah, I hadn't thought of that! Thanks, I'll make the edits  . . .  as soon as I can recall which tune it was . . .Oh well, it will appear again and now I know how to handle it.
