Still using windows 7 64bit and I updated from Foxboro to Gloucester.. Foxboro worked perfectly.. the Gloucester update is giving me issues (very slow loading of songs, saving songs, etc.).  Can I roll back to Foxboro.. or download Foxboro update somewhere?  I think if I reinstall Platinum and update via command center I will only be offered Gloucester right.

Thx!

You can roll back, open CCC, right click on Sonar Platinum and select Rollback

If I purchased Platinum at Everett would I automatically get all the other updates since the first allston...or have I missed out on them and if so how do I update to include all of the updates?

They are all cumulative.  So yes you will get all of the updates.

I think dappa1's question was, if you buy in at "E", can you rollback to "A", if that particular version works better for for you, for some reason.

AFAIK,you will be able to rollback to previous versions, but will not get the extra content.

I may be completely wrong, but someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly to correct me, if I am.

So far I have not needed to rollback.  Any issues that have been affected me at all (and I can only think of one trivial one) have been fixed immediately with either a quickfix, or a workaround.

I like the way this rolling update/membership model is working a lot.

Well done Cakewalk.

I don't know if that is the case for starting out with a current version and being able to go back to an older version. It seems to me one would need those older versions on your system to rollback. However, I have no way of knowing this as fact.

I've seen this, did you forget to update drum replacer?

Otherwise ...

I suggest you are far better off troubleshooting your issue as it appears to be system specific.

Run a VST reset:

Run windows update several times.

Update your audio interface and drivers.

If that does not resolve it you probably need to rule out a particular plugin (try Sonar safe mode) and search the windows event viewer for clues.

Need some clarity on this one!
