New Sonar worth the plunge?

Hey y'all...I haven't been on the forum in eons....I still have Producer X3E.......I'm thinking of making the jump to the subscription based Sonar Platinum....any pros or cons so far with the new Sonar? Thanks!

Yes yes yes. I went from X1 producer to platinum and I was blown away by the new workflow improvements.

Cakewalk has a great demo policy. Use it for as long as you want, can't save projectsprojects. Right now, I am not convinced yet. For my uses( lots of tracking, vsti's, usually a couple of plug ins, melodyne) it is not much different that X3. Again, the demo will let me decide later as I get deeper into it. X3 is very stable for me now.

The bang for buck with Platinum is great...
And the features, monthly (or more) updates,
and, as a has been stated, the tremendous amount
of knowledge here in the forum, it's pretty much a
no brainer if you are already a Sonar user...

Yes! It is well worth the cost!
X3e is a wonderful DAW, but the many advances continually being made and deluvered monthly make the move very worthwhile!
