No. SSD drives have a limited number of writes over their lifespan, so if you 'record' to the drive in high definition wav, you'll use up that write limit quicker than the foreseen life expectancy of the drive. HD

does Samsung Magician software have any NEGATIVE side effects for audio recording & mixing computers? Can I leave it on computer or should I remove Magician ?
