With Bandlab Assistant you can drag and drop loops directly into your time line from the sound tab. This feature doesn't appear to be working with the latest version. In fact older version of Sonar were very drag and drop friendly now I find myself depending on the media browser or import feature instead.

Just tested BA 3.0.8 and CbB 24.04.1.28 on Win10...works OK unless running as administrator. Windows does not permit dnd into an application running as administrator.

There was an issue with an earlier version on Sonar where it was recommended that you run in administrator mode. Anybody remember what that was? ...and is it still an issue with CbB?

From memory, only when running Pentagon but there's a registry hack to fix this and avoid the need for running "as administrator"
