Platinum Pro Package will not install (everything else does) and I see no such package in the download section. Spent hours last night.

Uninstalled clean including registry and even X3a in case it was causing a conflict and a lot of other things to try to get it to install.

Also, how do you unhide hidden products (easily to accidentally hide them

I searched but search is not working for any words, even one word on the latest Google Chrome for me and not in Internet Explorer either because I have to stay on Explorer 9 because of software I use on this computer. Explorer 9 does not like this forum.
Still search problems with Google Chrome? hmmm...

lol

Google forget the internal search. The issues aren't really browser specific and if they do does not make much difference.

Guys... I can hardly keep up with you!!!! You're REALLY doing a great job. At this rate Sonar should soon be the #1DAW, we it already is quality wise.

Thanks!

Spread the word!! Let the non-SONAR users find out what they're missing.

I always do spread the word! People trip when they see us SONAR users kill it in the studio.

Yeah gotta Google. The search is just terrible. I do use Google first, then try the site if I find nothing.

Cheers,

Nice to see all you guys that haven't been around for a while. Platinum has brought a lot back.

Whoa... this one-at-a-time update is just too damn slow guys. PILEASE can we have a fix for that asap?!?

This is what brought me here today. The whole process takes long enough without having to watch it check the state of every component after each component update is applied... and I can't even walk away while everything updates because I've got to be here to tell it I want the next one...

Ok so I found a workaround to unhide products here:

Lance, this, from Kamikaze, needs to be a Sticky. I'll put it in the next post. Good work finding it. Thanks! I didn't realize I could hide things, just ignore the things that are now irrelevant like Rapture and DIM Pro. I install one thing and move to the next. Some things that I don't install remain red and I have installed a couple of things I normally wouldn't have just so the red light would go away, hiding (then unhiding now and then just to check) would be a better option. I don't know how I missed this, not paying attention, not reading everything probably. You know how it is, the manual is sometimes the last option. Sort of like a map once you're REALLY lost. So, thanks again!

Anyone trying this, you have to have Show hidden folders shown in you windows option. This is a fairly new laptop and I hadn't got round to setting that yet.

There seems to be an XML file for each Programme in Command Centre
AD2
Sonar
D-Pro
Rapture
Melodyne

Looking through the States of the various files there are the following options.
HiddenNotInstalled
HiddenInstalled
Installed
NotDownloaded

So in typing this I've actually  answered the question I was going to ask. You simply remove the word 'Hidden', not the whole entry for the State so 'HiddenNotInstalled' would become 'NotInstalled'.

If you carefully check the release notes it seems likely a new CCC will be released this month. So fingers crossed.
