Copying frozen track wav to desktop from open project....possible?

Thought I did this once...but the mind fades....
I know I can grab it from project folder, but just curious if you can copy it right from the track and paste it elsewhere.

You may have trouble if you are running SONAR as administrator. You can always drag clips to the media browser. The media browser can be pointed to your desktop.

Thank you folks for your replies...Mudgel, could you be so kind as to elaborate? Is it a drag operation or some kinda copy thing that I am missing.

Selecting only the desired track, you can also use file export...
