Which version comes with Sonar Platinum?

No, SONAR bundles Strum Session, the full version has more preset banks, more control over parameters and effects. Here is an image with Strum Session in the upper left and the full version main screen below left, the full version parameter and fx pages to the right. The main screens show the bank preset drop down.
