Using Sonar Producer 8.5.3.282 with Guitar Rig 3 LE - 3.2.1.004 64 bit
 
I added Guitar Rig effects to some Guitar Audio tracks - worked fine at the time.  Quite a while later (months) I go back to remix and master the and every time I open a song where I used guitar ring I get a horrible buzzing sound just by opening the file - have not even pressed play yet.  The noise can be traced back to the track/tracks that used guitar rig.  If I mute that track the noise goes away.  Have I done something wrong?

Hi. It sounds like there is feedback from an effect somewhere in your chain. Delay, filter?

Is monitoring enabled on those tracks?  If so, disable input monitoring and see if the noise goes away.
