For a start sorry form my bad English :)
1. When I unmark "Eq plot" from Inspector - Display  - Eq Plot, the icon EQ still is visibility on the channel strip.
I think is a "ghost" icon. Any suggestion? Is it possibility to complete removal Sonitus EQ from (with ghost icon) Sonar Artis?
 
2. When I add Replika VST from NI to FX Sonar Artis crash to Windows. Is this a bug from Cakewalk or NI?

There is now way to completely eliminate the per-track EQ.
 
NI Replika v1.2.2 is buggy, re-run the v1.2.1 update which can be found by searching the Updates area in your NI account.

Yes, yes... very "instructive" thread. But I have also X3 pro and Replika works fine. 1.2.2
We waiting for NI move.

Maybe but perhaps not for long. There have been reports that Replika slows down X3, also Ableton Live crashes. It's totally bugged....
