  • How long does Cake take to reply on a problem ticket?

I put in a ticket on 7/16/2015 and haven't seen/heard anything yet.....generally speaking, how long do they take to reply?

Hi. I only had to do this once, and they got back within 48 hours. Maybe they have been busy over the weekend.
Give them another mail, if you do not hear from them. Or check with one of the Cakewalk staff, here on the forum.

Thanks Ken & Bob. This is also my first trouble ticket since Sonar 3.......possibly a phone call might be the quickest solution.

If you used Cakewalk problem reporter, that's a mechanism to report bugs. You would have ticked a box stating Cakewalk will not necessarily contact you.
 
If you used the support form that's a different matter...

I actually did use the Problem Reporter .......so, I have to use the "Support Form" to get a reply/support?
