When using volume automation, is there a quik way to bring all the sections and nodes down without having to go to each one? obviously if u use the fader it just resets itself to where it was at, but sometimes i think i have a part good but then after using automation on say a verse..sometimes i want to make a rather larger change and keep all the automation nodes in same formation just want to bump them up a couple DBs for example without going to each node adjusting.

Dont select any nodes, Position the cursor above the automation line, press left mouse button and ctrl and raise the line, all nodes should move.

There are tons of great things like this you can do with the smart-tool that are under-highlighted. Cakewalk should make one of those Advanced Workshop things just on the UI, I reckon.

If you're like me and already (erroneously) have some nodes at or near the top and want to go even higher then you can use offset mode to bump it up more.
Admittedly this is not the ideal way but I've had to do it before when using modulation CC controller set very low.

Edit: if it's a synth track you might also want to turn the synth's volume up in it's GUI.

Great tip Andy - have a feeling I'll be using this in my DM song this month.
