Thanks for the replies , It is this one
http://www.amazon.co.uk/PreSonus-AudioBox-USB-Recording-System/dp/B00154KSA2

I have it connected to the Mic 1 connection and my guitar in Instrument 2

I have tried it with level control too full and it is still low . I am not talking so low that you cannot hear it , You can deff hear it but it is just not loud enough .

Thanks
Dang

The mic preamps on that audio interface should provide a good enough signal.

What do the track meter read when you're using the mic? Does it ever go into the red when you're recording with the mic?

Can you post a pic of how high your mic signal is (the meter reading) on a track in SONAR when you're recording with the mic and have the mic preamp gain turned up fully high?

Also, did you try swapping the inputs for your mic and guitar to see if your mic is loud enough when swapped?

There is probably something wrong with one of you mic preamps on the Audiobox. Try to put the mic in the micpreamp input you had the guitar in, to see if the signal is better?
