OK, let me be clear. Are you using a XLR cable to connect your mic, or are you using a TRS (1/4) cable?

When the mic preamp input is a dual connector, as the one on the Audio box is, meaning it has XLR or TRS connectivity, with some audio interfaces, the mic preamp only is used if you connect via XLR to the micpreamp input, and the mic preamp function is bypassed to be just a Line In level connection when you connect with a TRS connection.

Have you tried the mic in both mic preamps using an XLR cable (not a TRS cable)?

EDIT:

And does the mic work correctly, being connected to other hardware such as a mixer?

Your screenshot of the Behringer levels isn't showing for some reason.

When you say "too low", how low? Personally I usually allow more headroom than you have with the USB mic. Makes summing tracks without overloading busses easier.

EDIT. Ah, it is showing now. Forget the above.

FURTHER EDIT.

Hm. -18dB or thereabouts is a little low, but generally speaking aiming for between 18 and 12dB of headroom when recording at 24bit is pretty much where you want to be. You can always turn it up in Sonar if you need to. The Audiobox preamps may simply not have enough gain to push the level of at least that particular mic any higher.

Whether it's worth investing in a seperate preamp or a better mic (which may or may not have higher output) would be the thing to go for is hard to say. As it is that signal level's not unworkable, it just means running your monitoring at higher gain and maybe recording everything else at a lower level as well. The overall mix volume will stack up as more tracks are added in.

I was thinking the same thing.

Yes i can kind of get it to my liking by adding Gain on the Bus .
My Blue Yeti Mic is Perfect so i may switch back to that .

Yes i am using a XLR cable , Is that wrong  ? The mic will only accept a XlR connection . Have i got wrong lead ?
I also tried switching it over so Mic is going to Input 2 and Guitar on input 1 , Guitar works perfect in either input . Mic is same in both . Just too low . to me at least .

Also while i am replying , Can i ask another question ,I need a adapter to go from back of that audiobox and accept my normal green jack from computer speakers , Their really good speakers. What is the right jack i need  ?

Many thanks for all the help

What are you plugging the Audiobox into?

I suspect the unit is struggling to deliver 48V phantom power, especially if, for example, you're plugging it into a laptop running on battery power

Your audio interface is what?
Mic volum is so minimum,so you must push up the fantom button on mixer is hardwear.
If you have not the funtom button,You must push up gain of mic volume.
