Any Composer Cloud subscribers out there who've had previous version prior to moving to the cloud?

I have a handful of Diamond Editions (Hollywood Brass, Strings etc.), but I see that the cheaper Composer Cloud option tops out at the Gold versions. (Which is probably fine.)

My question - if I were to move to the cloud, would I still be able to use my existing EW instruments? Or would the Composer Cloud "take over" my licenses, thereby rendering everything I've previously purchased useless if I wanted Diamond features.

I ASSUME that the Composer Cloud won't affect any existing licenses, but I've seen on some forums that people have issues with this and to my knowledge there hasn't any official response from EW. (And unfortunately they've taken away their contact info, so there's really no way to ask them directly.)

And yeah, I get that I could just upgrade to the higher cloud production and get Diamond editions, but I need to keep the cost down.

Thanks in advance for any insight you may have.

I have legacy licenses so essentially if you already have one , it will be excluded from your rented sample libraries.  One reason I haven't joined the cloud thing is not having the correct amount of storage or an iLok 2.

You'll keep your existing licenses.   You aren't forced to download the Gold versions of anything.  The Cloud license on your iLok doesn't replace any of the other real ones (it is one separate key).  And you can even add real ones while still having the cloud license for the same thing.  When your cloud sub ends, the real ones "take over".  Worked very smoothly for the year I had a Cloud Sub and the end when I bought the things I wanted.
