Due to my "noobness", instead of cloning a track, I converted it to stereo, when I converted it back,I somehow have a different takes part added during the beginning of the solo out to the ending, and delayed just a tad. I don't see any way of removing it, so I'm gonna have to re-track.
Yes?

If you saved the project prior to the error, then your original audio may still be in the audio folder. All you should have to do is drag and drop it into the project.

Assuming you've already saved and closed the project at some point so you can't just undo or close without saving to get back to where you were...

Converting to stereo and back will have created two new files with "Bounced" in the name. The original file for the take will still exist in your audio folder. You just need to identify it by name and timestamp, and re-import it to a new track or to the same track after deleting the clip that's now referencing the file from the most recent conversion/bounce.
