Despite the risk of being shouted down as a fanboy, I just have to say; a quick fix for the tempo export problem in 48 hours, then an official update one week later, as well as a new CCC implementing all of the features we have been asking for. I have never seen software support like that - ever.

Yes indeedy, although I didn't use the interim .exe fix myself, it was good to see for those who '
needed' it, I prefer to wait for the official. Love the CCC stuff, makes things much less painful. As for software support, I have found none better than Waves, on the 2 occasions I have contacted them, 1 for a minor issue, the other for a hypothetical question regarding hardware failure and licensing, I received replies within 4 to 5 hours. But seeing as this was supplying an update/fix, and that you are both from Aus and QLD, I'll give it to you, the support is up there with the best (
most of the time)
