Hello, I have been using IK Multimedia's Sample Tank 2.5 and Sonik Synth for years without issue.  However, after installing the Foxboro update they no longer load.  Sample Tank and Sonik Synth will open in stand alone mode and play fine.  Any suggestions?

Run as admin.
Update to the latest plugins.
Stop running 32 bit plugins.
Remove unnecessary file paths in VST settings.
Run windows update.
Perform a vst reset (not just a rescan).

Thank you for your help, it's greatly appreciated.  I will be upgrading to Sample Tank 3 very soon.

A vst reset should fix it JP. There is no reason Sample Tank should not run in Foxboro. I am running both 2.5 in older projects and 3 in current projects. It is definitely worth upgrading when you can manage it:)

I ran Sonar as admin and Sample Tank and Sonik Synth loaded fine.  Then I did a VST reset and then they no longer worked period.  I moved the .dll and .ini files to another folder and that didn't work so I moved them back to the Cakewalk\Vstplugins folder and Sonar wouldn't even scan them.  I fired up my computer today and when I opened Sonar as admin it scanned Sample Tank and Sonik Synth.
 
I'm upgrading to Sample Tank 3 when I return from vacation.  Still have no idea what's causing it but I can live with it
