I would guess the install is similar to previous trial versions. IOW, it will update your existing shared utilities.

I believe that the demo is only available through CCC. I would suggest watching the videos in CCC during download / install. Do all the tutorials. It can be a bit steep learning curve, if first time SONAR user. Do not be afraid to ask questions.
