C3 updates command center. IF you are experiencing any problems in Sonar  def update the yellow balls. I'm a geek so I stay on the leading edge of updates, and grab them when they come out. They don't scare much, and I like to help with testing if I can. But then I don't have much money invested.

The drum thing is quick. Platinum isn';t too bad either. It's just DPro update that is slow, as it is almost a full install.

But to expect hand holding(the hang on mate we're still working message idea) on simple upgrades seems a little out there.

Really?, maybe someone like me might believe that CW should know that something like an "upgrade" is moving slow and/or maybe someone like me doesn't really have time to Pss around with waiting for what was 2.45 hour to install and load a simple "update" and only after that DL, understanding that it was a FULL replacement of D-Pro. YES! hold my hand if CW should tell me  that it is a RE INSTALL and the size of the download so I can expect an all-day event as a standard protocol for updates! At least a progress bar with full file size and remaining size "like most other downloadable software has."

oh well, that's who I am! lol! I want to hold your haaaaaaand!   YEA!

All I can say is 2.5 hours is something I have yet to see on any CW downloads. So.....whose fault is it? From my view it's hard to say. Knowing that they are using Amazon servers means they are serious about delivery. And any issues that pop up have to be fixed by Amazon not CW.

At least that is my understanding. Is it possible some ISPs  throttle bigger downloads?

Dim Pro - Of course you realize that there is no need to download and install the Dim Pro 'update' ? Because nothing is updated, fixed or anything as such, it will just make your yellow light turn green in CCC, nothing more.

Just did the entire batch of today's updates: Command center, Rapture Pro, Sonar Platinum, Dimension Pro, and Kick Start Expansion Pack. DPro took a while, but more like 10-15 min rather than half hour or longer. The others seemed reasonably fast. Now I just need to find time to actually use all the updated features. But at least I have the treasured set of green lights.
