BA keeps track of what it has installed using entries under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software\Cakewalk\Installers in the registry. I did not install Melodyne or I would give you the key. It should be pretty easy to figure out which key refers to Melodyne. Delete the key and BA will show the plug-in is not installed.
