I have an audio track containing a voiceover audio file.
This file has been split into many clips with lots of effects, gains, envelopes, etc.
Now I have to change the original audio file for a better one, and submit it to these same clips.
Is there any way to change the associated audio file of a clip, besides to to use the new file with the same name of the original?

I have not tried this but here is a suggestion.

Move the original audio to new place after closing the file.
Reopen the file.
Sonar will ask you for the originals.
At this point browse to the file you wish to have associated as a replacement and choose enter.
Sonar will inform that this file is not the same as the original and
ask if you want it associated anyway.
Choose "yes".
Bob's your uncle.

Replacing the original file by the new file, keeping the same name of the original file is the easiest way, I think.
I just wanted to know if there was some way to do this using some option inside Sonar.

yes, but if you do you will still get the warning.
Sonar analyzes the name and the audio of the file.
