Oh, man, that's one of the reasons that I upgraded, I thought it was included.  I went back and read the fine print--if you miss it, it is a little misleading. It appears at first reading that anything that happens in Platinum becomes part of Platinum from then on. Disappointed. 
 

So far it's the only addition that has been treated that way. For the backstory, Brian switched to SONAR last year and loves it. The loop library was always intended to be a commercial product, but I was able to persuade him to let loyal Platinum upgraders to get it for free for one month. He graciously agreed.
 
It is true that anything that happens in Platinum becomes part of Platinum. I believe that one piece of content has been the only exception.

The Kick Start Pack is an Everett exclusive. I believe it and the Brian HardGroove Collection are the only exclusive releases.

I was unable to find it at the store or anywhere else other than Braintree announcements.

That's too bad. I'm not a bass player and I am always looking for bass grooves to mess with.
