I saw the same thing on one of my reports, and added a comment to the report itself, asking what additional information exactly they require from me, since it isn't clear. But I have not heard back. I guess if they really need info from me they would then reply since it would be clear to them I have no clue what they are talking about.
CW really needs to reword it to make this more clear.
There was also the "Submitted to development" that we on the outside somehow were supposed to know meant they were able to repro it internally. But I
think they changed that wording (or maybe they just explained in somewhere, not sure), so there is hope for more improvements in this area.
