I have the full (paid for) version of Melodyne Editor (Single Track) but it does not appear in the Region FX drop down menu. All I get is something called Vocal Sync. I did not install Melodyne Essential in the Sonar Platinum install, as I own a full version and did not see then point of installing both.

How do I get my Melodyne version into Region EFX?

Thanks

PS: Melodyne does work as I can use it as a normal insert effect, just not in region fx...

Is Melodyne in the VST3 plug-in list?

Thanks Scook, it wasn't but it is now, after I did a modify install of Melodyne and added the VST3 version as well.

Well Melodyne was okay and working in the Region FX for a while, but all of a sudden it has gone again!! Only change made to the PC was the installation of FLStudio. All else is the same. Tried removing it and re-installing, and also a repair install...nothing. The VST is in the VST3 folder in Common, but Sonar is for some reason now not "seeing it" for Region Efx...

Well, I give up....I juts got up to start work on a project (its 4am here) and for no reason thought I would try a Region EXF - and there it was Melodyne was back!

Perhaps part of the solution after resetting is a full reboot??? Anyway it is working again sao all is good I guess - for now
