I'm working in track view with Time Ruler format as H:M:S:F.
But when I activate Vertical Grid Lines, it comes always with M:B:T format.
Is it possible to have Vertical Grid Line in H:M:S:F format?

It doesn't change the vertical grid line, it remains in M:B:T.

Sounds like you are displaying to time rulers, the vertical grid line displays according to wheich time ruler is on top.

No it's not possible to have grid lines follow SMPTE, but it is possible to snap to absolute time. Which might help, depending on the goal.

One workaround would be to create an audio clip with transients at whatever absolute interval you want, enable Audiosnap on it, and use the Add Transients to Pool and Show Pool Lines from the clip's context menu.
