Are you inserting AD2 as a simple instrument track or as a midi track with separate outs?

Hi Dave - I'm using midi tracks with separate outs.

Wait a minute...I read something in another thread that made me check the console view.  In the console view, The outputs at the bottom of the tracks that are silent but shouldn't be have outputs that read "ASIO4ALL V2 Not Connected 1".  Not sure what the "1" means at the end but this seems like it might be part of the problem. 

The outputs of your audio tracks should be to your Focusrite 1/2 (same as your other audio tracks that play fine.)
Also, check in the AD2 EDIT window that the little downward pointing arrows are lit for each of the individual kit pieces and/or that the Master isn't muted.
