I purchased the Full Version (1.9.5) of True Pianos and when I use it in Sonar X3e Producer, the output section in the plugin itself frequently drops to zero, or adjusts to some position other than where I set it.
 
I did not automate anything in the entire project.  Anyone else have this issue (or more importantly, a solution)?  
 
 

Right-click the Volume control in the MIDI track (or Inspector's MIDI tab of an Instrument track), and choose "Disable Control". Any time you alter this control, it will automatically become enabled and will send whatever level you set as CC7 (Master Volume) to the soft synth every time you start the transport. When disabled, the value will have parentheses around it, and the soft synth volume control should stay where you put it unless you keyboard or some other source is sending CC7.
