Hi,
I am hoping to get around a problem I have been getting lately. Let me first let you know about my gear: I have Windows 7 Ultimate SP1(OS With 24 gb of ram, with 3 Tb of hard disk), Sonar X3 Producer(DAW), M-Audio Keystation 88es(Midi Keyboard), mGear(Sustain pedal), and I am using Symphobia through Kontakt 5 as my vst-midi (Recording a strings ensemble).
So, my problem comes when I try to use the sustain pedal to maintain the string's sound while I change my chords as I do not like to hear any silence between chords for a song I am working on. When I play everything sounds perfect and there are no problems, but when I hear the recording, I can hear in random parts of the piece that the sustain keeps being on, like if I help my foot on the pedal for too long, therefore (obviously) two-not matching chords collide and the sound...well it destroys my piece. So that is my problem, I am not able to record or play (I do not know where the problem lies) as I wish. I have recorded some simple chords (Strings) using the sustain pedal and have recorded it and uploaded it into soundcloud for you to hear and see my problem. I have factory reset my midi keyboard, have checked the midi-audio options on Sonar X3, also checked the pedal-sustain options on Kontakt's side as well, but I do not see any solution. The link is ....soundcloud.com/johnny-d-sequeira/problem.... (Only way I could add the link :p)................ you can hear the problem on second 0:07 of the song. If you need more info, please let me know. Thank you very much!

Sorry your account is too new to post links.

Could be this X3 bug http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3108848
I wrote a script a couple of messages later to help X3 deal with CC64=0
The bug is fixed in the new SONAR.
