How about trying an offline install (go to your store account and simply download it like we used to do then run the installer). I know you've been a Sonar (and likely DPro user) for a while and I don't think any updates have been made so it may even still be in the older section of your account thus avoiding CCC altogether.

Of course when installing use Run As Administrator (and maybe use CCleaner or RevoCleaner to look for/remove remnants of of the old install if they exist).

If all else fails I would even try pulling out any original discs and trying to install from there (if you have them). My first Sonar product was the X1 Production Suite on disc which came with the full install of DPro. If you have something like that you could do a custom install off the discs and register with the code on the sticker.

Just offering some options. Sounds like it's an emergency and of course tech support is currently closed as it is sunday here in North America (IIRC you are in Europe).

Good luck.

Hi all i have  an update,i have removed any Dimensio Pro files to use the full installer but after the pc reboot CCC tell me that D Pro is installed!!!
Maybe is a wrong procedure on CCC couse D Pro is not on my pc,CCC have a green light on D Pro.
I must work on my last prj........hope that Cake team hear me....
Best

It is not clear from this post how DPro was removed. If it was installed using C3 and removed without running the uninstall process from C3 then C3 will still show the product installed. Currently C3 only keeps track of the actions it performs during a single login session.

The only thing that has changed WRT DPro in years is the new installer introduced with C3. Any version of the DPro installer going back v1.0 of DPro should install OK given the correct credentials. Of course, if a pre-v1.5 version is installed, the updates from the support page should be installed.

Since C3 still thinks the program is installed and you know it is not, you could try to get the indicator to reset by running the uninstall menu option for DPro in C3 (not sure it will complete having never done this myself). The only other way I know to get the indicators to reset, short of hacking the XML files, is logging out of C3 which will reset all the indicators. Probably not what you want to do.

There are instructions for a clean install of DPro which are still accurate https://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base/2007013238/Clean-Install-Dimension-Pro-for-Dimension-Pro-1-5-full-installer with the exception of the installer name which changed with the new SONAR.

Not really.

I had DPro installed correctly before the new SONAR so I did not bother running the C3 installer for several releases. Ultimately, I did go ahead and run the C3 installer and did not experience any issues.

I do not know if this is a non-english install issue, some software dependency, permissions or other problem (virus scanner?). As I mentioned above, any of your previous DPro installers will give you the same product but will not turn the indicator green in C3. So too should downloading and installing the new installer by hand. After that, all I can suggest is tech support.

Yeah, I'm out of ideas aside from calling/emailing tech support too.
