  • Something odd - Keyboard on PRV not showing the right notes.

I need to look into to this a bit deeper over the weekend but I have noticed a couple of times recently editing in PRV that the keyboard is "offset". The properties of the notes are correct when I right click.

I can't recall seeing this before. Two things have changed, I have updated to Everett and I have a new 27 inch 2650x1440 monitor, repalcing the 24 inch 1920x1200 I used previously.

Anyone seen this before?

I would suggest contacting support. I believe I saw a few posts where users had said there was a note misalignment in the PRV that had something to do with zoom levels. If your running in a high-res screen mode, there could also be a compatibility issue.

Have you tried switching your monitor to a lower screen resolution to see if that "fixes" things?

Dan

I see this one pretty often.   My solution is to close Sonar and restart, reload the project.

I also experienced this the other day. I thought I must have accidentally hit a hot key and changed a setting.

I need to look into this. I also have a 27" monitor. But it's not really that high a resolution. I don't think. Will check out as soon as I am home. Really curious about this.

I very much doubt if it has anything to do with monitor resolution ...  I see it in floated, multiple PRV windows, with controller panes open, though, some of that might be a factor.

Thanks for the replies. I have builders working on the "studio" today so I will look further later.

I hope its not the screen resolution. That higher resolution makes such a difference. 1440 vertical is a major advantage with the pro channel.

I have seen it here also.  Getting out of PRV then back in sometimes works while other times rebooting works.  Because it is random I can not find out why it happens.

Occurances of the problem seem quite random. I submitted a problem report CWBRN-33706
