There are also templates that will open projects with tracks already populated. Also if you create a session with the tracks the way you like it, you can save that as a template as well.

When Sonar is open, pressing F1 opens up the help file on the Tutorial page. I recommend that you do all the tutorials as it is filled with basic knowledge that will help you build your Sonar skills.

Welcome to the forum. Don't be frightened to ask specific questions. All the best.

Welcome to the Forum. We are open 24 7 and can answer any question regarding Sonar.  Your job is read as much as you can in the manual or help file so you learn the terms used by Cakewalk.  When you ask a question explain it as best that you can. An answer will come quickly so stay tuned.

We have the very best members on the Internet. There is very little they can't help with.

Welcome!
I almost commented "humorously" that you answered your own question in the title already. HELP-files are where you'll find most answers. There's about 1800 pages to read, so that gives an idea of how versatile a software you're dealing with. Usually, however, fluent use of Help-files requires knowing the terminology to find the right search words, and that can sometimes be tricky. Obviously, there always are explanations and details in the manual one simply doesn't understand or find, then this is the right place to ask.
I assure you, people are more willing to help the ones, who have done some homework.
To me this forum has been of great help in many kinds of situations.
