The exe will install the content in your "Cakewalk Content" dir.

The exe will install the content in your "Cakewalk Content" dir.

So I guess the videos can only be played on the computer where Sonar is .. and not on my macbook or IOS device ..That stinks , Guess Im not watching them :(

Can you run the exe on your DAW computer to get the videos, then transfer the videos to your MAC so you can watch them?

You can also download from your store account manually. Once extracted they are mp4 files.
