I am a Sonar Platinum user, I was working on a project just now and paused to take a phone call when I went back to working I hit play and all the music seemed distorted almost hollow sounding. I closed out the program and reopened it to find the problem still exists also it affects my other projects as well. I did some research to see if anyone else had this issue but turned up nothing... I have tried messing with the latency and changing the soundcards and all to no avail. can someone please help me out...

You're saying it was totally fine before the phone call, you came back and didn't change a single thing and suddenly the sound is all messed up in Sonar?

check the sample rate?

@Riared Yes It was totally fine I stepped away for no more than ten min
@Herboselle I am going to try that now

no change in the sample rate either.... Its still playing but everything sounds almost hollow.. if that makes sense
 

Is the sound messed up in other programs outside of Sonar?

feels like a total dumb... My headphones were not all the way in... .smh thank you all for your help.;....
