will there be any feature to upload songs etc from sonar plat into apples new music connect ?
I doubt it. I don't think it's a sharing service, it seems it's more like an online radio station.
They're also touting the idea that unsigned artists can easily get their tracks onto the service, though I've not read up on the details of that yet.
