I've had SVX in my rig since 2011. Today I opened a project it's loaded in to find it can't be found. I opened in Utilities to see it's been scanned, looked in the folder to see the .dll's still there. Opened the standalone to see it works. Rescanned the vst's. Still won't open. Is there anything I haven't done besides trying to find the cd and start over? Thanks!

Are you running Sonar as administrator?

Inconvenient UAC 'nag' type screen asking permission every time I reopen.
Why would this suddenly change? Come to think of it, I just updated to Everett - any chance that did it?

If I remember correctly, one of the bakers mentioned in a post that Bitbridge has been recompiled to fix outstanding problems now that Cakewalk has the source code and as a result, MSofts UAC is rearing it's ugly head. The updated Bitbridge is part of the Everett update.

That may be too dicey for a pc that gets on the net. I guess nag screen it is. Thanks for your help, gustabo!

FWIW, all my computers have UAC disabled and have never picked up a virus or malware, knock on wood (and sample it!)
