IIRC where I could install some Cakewalk plugs on a virgin CbB machine I could not auth some without SONAR Platinum installed.

I doubt install order will matter. The shared files in 2017-10 Platinum and CbB are not that different. To be safe, before installing Platinum, move the existing shared utilities folder, install Platinum then put the CbB shared utilities folder back. Or just re-run the CbB installer.

Thank you all. I do understand that if I install Splat first I will gain all the previous pugs that install provides, however I have already installed CbB so I don't wish to delete everything and start again. I guess I'll just have to live without those that I can't install.

I installed CBC on a new PC and then downloaded and installed Sonar Platinum. No problems with either program.
Just make sure that after both are installed that you check that CbB has the same Plugin paths as SPlat.

Why is Rapture Pro with both Sonar Platinum and sonar bandlab installed now in demo mode?

Thanks to scook and mudgel, I think this is just what I was after. I didn't want to install Splat after CbB only to find it completely destroyed my CbB install. I think I'll give it a try and see how it goes.

Pow-r dithering is not available in Bandlab Cakewalk, if you use it when exporting.
