Hello, this is probably a simple fix (not sure what happened) after I updated Sonar Platinum "Everett" from Dorchester my Dimension Pro doesn't load to Sonar? Since Platinum I've updated every time anything that has come out and every option (Rapture Pro etc.) I would "Scan" the VST folders when opening Sonar, then get a window stating Dimension Pro did not load correctly. I've done a complete "reinstall" of DP and the Error would appear? If I "Roll Back" the program, it's back to normal. I've never had this problem before, I always update. If anyone could help me that would be great!

You don't need to re-install Rapture, Dimension Pro, or Melodyne every time. I think the simplest fix is rolling back to the last version where Dimension Pro worked, then update everything that needs updating except for Rapture, Dimension Pro, and Melodyne.

Hi Craig, Dimension Pro works as long as I stay at "Dorchester" and NOT update to Everett! The moment I upgrade DP "Will Not" open in Sonar. If I rollback to Dorchester DP works, that's the problem and then where would I go?

There is no Dorchester upgrade to DPro. There has been no upgrade to DPro for some time. Refer to page 4 of the "Everett" PDF located in http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/SONAR/Whats-New for the packages to install. There is no need to install all packages with every release.
 

Hello Scook, when I updated from Dorchester to Everett, Dimension Pro won't open in Sonar? I get a "Error" window when I open a project stating that DP did not open correctly? I've never had this problem before.

Not sure what to suggest. I have never received an "Error" window from DPro after updating any version of SONAR. Is there more to the message than "Error?"

After updating to Everett:

(x86)\cakewalk\vstplugins\Dimension Pro\Dimension Pro.dll
 
I've used Sonar Producer (X1/X2/X3 etc.) since 8.5

Are running the 32bit version of SONAR? Was not expecting that based on your .sig. Is this a new project?

No I'm not running in 32bit, I've used 64 for years

Did you change paths when you reinstalled DP?
I was reinstalling a ton of stuff and had an issue with the registry because of that once.
DP wouldn't run or allow registration.
 
Unfortunately, I had already been considering an OS reinstall, so I flattened it anyway without manual resolution of the problem.
