  • What Sonar goodies do we have coming for the month of May? (p.3)

Nothing is coming in May.

Which is good.

I am tired of this 30 insanity.

I thought we would get updates as available. Not always as roll-ups.

Not sure what 30 insanity is.

I don't think QA could keep up with more than one update a month, I still wish there were two releases though each month.
1) Stability release (same as the previous months new features build, but with fixes).
2) New features release (same as stability release (1) with new features).

Sonar customers could then choose which build to install (reliability vs functionality).

I'm still waiting for something from the 'Feature Request' forum to show up. Bug fixes don't count.

I would like a 'restrict access to Cakewalk forums, and other online distractions, for a period of time, say three hours... forcing me to actually get something done' feature. That should be easy enough right?

I'd like to see a reliable Hum Replacer. Spending hours and hours getting that exact AC hum you want is murder. Why not record any old hum and then just choose from the vast library of hum recorded at the world's best studios!??!

:O)

Sold!
Actually that might be a genius idea to remove hum.

A noise reduction plugin that reduces noise using a noiseprint would be nice....

You basically do get updates when they're available, but they're rounded off to once a month to coordinate with the other stuff (e.g, the bug fixes, content, and eZine). As I've mentioned in other threads, updates are "harvested" based on what's available and tested at the time.
