I can't seem to figure this out. Please be patient, I'm a noob. I almost want to go get another controller that would be plug and play, if there are any... A controller is not a necessity, but I would like to see if it helps at all.

Ok, I thought maybe it was the driver, but Sonar does not recognize the Nano. I got Sonar on my laptop(which blew up last week), to see it, but couldn't get further.

You are connecting it up before you start Sonar aren't you. Does the editor recognise it?

yup. the editor sees it....and yup I restart Sonar every time I try something

How about if you disconnect your soundcard, and only have the NanoKontrol connected. I know this cretes a useless situation, but I had this with an M-Audio Trigger Finger. Just wondering if the same occurs.
