This is intriguing to me as I had on my last windows 7 laptop and issue with MAudio Trigger Finger, it that it was seen by Sonar unless I disconnected my Soundcard. So I moved to the KorgNonoPad2. I never sold the triggerfinger and with its additional controls was quite handy (when I had it working before). Problem is it's 10,000 KM away boxed for ebaying.

Also remember about the dreaded MIDI port limit in Windows. That's bitten me a few times where a device appears to be recognized, but SONAR can't see it because it has to look through Windows to see it.
