SDRR 2 is the new and improved version of SDRR, and both can coexist in your projects.

SDRR 2 is free for SDRR owners.

Did you accidentally click the "Post" button in the upper-right of the message window?  (If so, just click it again to move your post back down).

This is great and thanks again to those who keep this thread updated.  I often hear about my plugin updates from this thread before the developers contact me with update info.  And not all of them do that all of the time either.  This thread is invaluable for that.

This retains SDRR1 and adds SDRR2 as a second option and it is even better than before now.  This is great plugin and can be used at various points in your signal flow.  The changes in V2 are listed with the installer and they are quite extensive including the VUMT VU meter code being now embedded into this plugin as well.  Lots of extra features and parameters to be adjusted now too.

Also IVGI 2 is free and also an excellent plugin to have on hand for some really cool treatment on individual tracks and things.

Check the manual for IVGI 2. The controls do work as expected.  They are rather subtle.  A good thing to do is feed some pink noise into it, insert IVGI 2 then patch a spectrum analyser at the end of the chain.  Check the display while fiddling with both of those controls. The Response and also the Asym Mix control. They do work a bit together. It is based on the Desk sound and operation of SDRR 2.

This is a nice treat! I haven't used SDRR1 for a while, as I have other options, but I loaded SDRR2 on a guitar bus to tame a bit of harshness and it worked very well. I also put it on a bass track in the same mix and it added a nice roundness and solidity to it.

Thanks Mr. Klanghelm!
